1060.22 MANDATORY INJUNCTION.

In addition to all other penalties and remedies provided for in this chapter, the City shall have the right to seek and obtain a mandatory injunction against the owner or occupant, jointly or severally, of any real estate, who is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, enjoining and ordering him or her to remove all solid waste, stable matter or hazardous waste in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
