1060.21 INCORPORATION OF APPLICABLE STATUTORY PROVISIONS.

All applicable and pertinent provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-20-13, as heretofore or hereafter amended, are hereby incorporated herein by reference, subject to the provisions of Section 202.05(b) of the Administration Code.
