Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting the requirements of Federal or State laws, or as conflicting with any other provision of these Codified Ordinances which regulates more strictly any of the subjects of this chapter. To the extent any provision of this Chapter 1060 conflicts with the provisions of the current City contract for waste collection and disposal, the provisions contained in the contract shall control to the extent of such conflict. All other provisions of this Chapter 1060 not in conflict with the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
