A contractor shall discontinue any service at any residential dwelling unit upon notification from the Director of Public Works and City Manager that all service provided by the Water and Sewer Department has been disconnected. For those residential dwelling units that do not have the capability for City water or sewer service, garbage service shall be discontinued upon notification from the City Manager that power service has been disconnected.
