Residential garbage collection charges shall be based on the dwelling unit's disposal volume. The base rate shall apply to each residential dwelling unit rate and shall include the cost of disposal for one ninety-six gallon toter for garbage. Each additional ninety-six gallon toter for garbage set out for collection shall be charged at a rate set by contract between the City and the contractor. Commencing August 1, 2019 and through June 30, 2020, the base rate for garbage disposal shall be as follows:
• 2019: $16.75
Commencing July 1, 2020, and each year thereafter as set forth below, the base rate for garbage disposal shall be as follows:
• 2020: $17.35
• 2021: $18.71
• 2022: $20.08
• 2023: $21.83
• 2024: $24.33
• 2025: $26.83
• 2026: $27.58
• 2027: $29.33
• 2028: $31.36
