1048.06 RESPONSIBILITY OF FINANCE DIRECTOR.

The Finance Director shall receive all revenues from the sewerage system, and all other funds and moneys incident to the operation of each system, as a separate fund, designated as the Sewerage Revenue Fund of the City of Freeport, and shall administer such Fund in every respect as in manner and form provided by law.
