1048.03 COMPUTATION OF BILLS.

The rates and charges for sewer services, as determined in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall be used in computing the amounts due for municipal sewer services. Billing and enforcement shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1040 regarding combined utility billing and collections.
