The Finance Director shall receive all revenue from the water system, and all other moneys and funds incident to the operation of such system, as delivered to him or her, and shall deposit sufficient revenues from the operation of the water system in a separate fund designated as the Water Revenue Fund of the City, which shall be used only in paying the cost of the opera tion and maintenance of such system, providing an adequate depreciation fund. The Finance Director shall administer such Fund in every respect in the manner provided by 65 ILCS 5/11-129-1 et seq., as amended.
