1044.07 RESPONSIBILITY OF WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT FOR BILLING AND COLLECTION.

It is hereby made the duty of the Water and Sewer Department to render bills for water service and for all rates and charges in connection therewith and to collect all moneys due thereon.
