1044.06 COMPUTATION OF BILLS.

The rate and charges for water service, as determined in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall be used in computing the amounts due for municipal water services. Billing and enforcement shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1040 regarding combined utility billing and collections.
