(a) The charge for a sub-meter to measure regular City water consumption discharged to the sanitary sewer shall be at the regular combined water and sewage treatment monthly service charges as established by ordinance for the different sizes of meters. If the metered water is not discharged into a sanitary sewer, the charge for a sub-meter will be at the regular service charge as established by ordinance for the different sizes of meters.
(b) In addition to the regular monthly service charge for the use of the sub-meter, there will be a charge of one dollar ($1.00) for reading the sub-meter and rendering a memorandum bill.
