Whenever any party borrows or rents a water meter to measure well or City water for a purpose other than for measuring regular City water consumption, the following meter rental rates will apply:
5/8" or 3/4" meters - $5.00 a month rental with a $15.00 minimum charge.
1", 1-1/2" or 2" meters - $10.00 a month rental with a $30.00 minimum charge.
4" Sparling - $25.00 a month rental with a $75.00 minimum charge.
