1042.21 LIABILITY FOR BOILER AND WATER HEATER DAMAGE.

There being no guarantee of a continuous supply of water, the Water and Sewer Department shall not be liable for damage caused by stoppage of the water supply to steam boilers, water heaters or other appliances, units or uses.
