1042.19 INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS; RESPONSIBILITY FOR PLUMBING FIXTURES.

All complaints of customers shall be promptly investigated. The Water and Sewer Department shall not be responsible for the condition of the plumbing and fixtures in the customer's premises, but will give all possible assistance in detecting a leak.
