1028.04 BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS.
   There shall be a five-member Board of Local Improvements, consisting of the City Manager, the Public Works Director, the Community and Economic Development Director, the Chairperson of the Finance and Intergovernmental Relations Committee, and the Chairperson of the Public Works and Public Property Committee. The City Manager shall be the President of the Board and the Public Works Director shall be the Secretary of the Board.
