1028.01 SCOPE; POWERS OF CORPORATE AUTHORITIES.

This chapter applies to all local improvements hereafter made within the City. The corporate authorities of the City shall have the power to determine the nature and extent of any local improvement to be made and the method of payment for the improvement by special assessment of contiguous property and by public benefit tax.
