1026.15 DUTY OF OWNERS TO KEEP SIDEWALKS FREE OF SOLID WASTE.
   (a)   Persons owning or occupying property shall keep the sidewalks in front of their premises free of solid waste.
   (b)   Persons owning or occupying places of business shall keep the sidewalks in front of their business premises free of solid waste.
