1026.02 RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIRS AND SAFETY.

The owner of the land abutting the street dedication or right of way upon which a sidewalk exists shall keep and maintain such sidewalk in a safe condition and a good and thorough state of repair at all times. Nothing in this chapter shall be so construed as to relieve such owner from the duty and obligation hereby expressly enjoined and imposed.
