1024.36 PROMULGATION OF ADDITIONAL RULES BY PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.

The Public Works Director shall have the power and authority to adopt and publish additional rules and regulations concerning excavation, backfilling, resurfacing and maintenance for the furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
