1024.11 CONFORMANCE OF BACKFILLING AND RESURFACING TO EXISTING GRADE.

The completed backfilling and resurfacing shall conform to the existing grade of the street or alley, and there shall be no deviation from grade greater than one-eighth inch in five feet.
