1022.09 EXISTING NAMES AND NUMBERS.

All names of streets and avenues, and all building numbers, in existence and use at the time of the adoption of this chapter, by virtue of any ordinance heretofore passed or any lawful action, directive or assignment of an official of the City, are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
