The following weight limitations are hereby imposed on the following listed streets, and no vehicle in excess of the weight limitation imposed shall be operated on any such street:
(a) Five tons: Hooker, from Stephenson Street southerly to Jackson Street;
(b) Forty tons:
(1) Becker School Road, from Illinois Route 26 easterly to Industrial Drive;
(2) Hancock Avenue, from Stephenson Street southerly to the end;
(3) Industrial Drive, from Lamm Road southerly to Becker School Road;
(4) Lamm Road, from Illinois Route 26 easterly to South Walnut Street;
(5) Linden Street, from Galena Avenue easterly to the end of Linden Street.
Further, the streets described in this subsection are hereby declared to be Class II Highways for all of the purposes listed in Paragraphs 15-102(e), 15-107(e) and 15-111(g) of the Illinois Vehicle Code, as amended.
