Any act or condition in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance, and it shall be lawful for the Community and Economic Development Director, the City Manager, the Chief of Police or the Public Works Director, to forthwith abate the same, or to give directions to the person responsible in regard to the immediate removal of such nuisance, which directions shall be forthwith carried out.
