1020.05 ENGAGING IN GAMES, AMUSEMENTS AND EXHIBITS.

No person shall engage in any game, sport, amusement or exhibit, or any other act or thing, upon any street, alley or public way, or adjacent thereto, which shall in any way interfere with the passage of persons, animals or vehicles, without prior approval from the City Manager.
