The following assistance programs and funds shall be available for any and all real estate parcels located within the zone area and qualified for the above tax abatement;
(a) Economic development assistance projects funded by either a local loan fund utilizing recaptured Community Development Assistance Program (CDAP) funds or Freeport Area Economic Development Foundation (FAEDF) programs;
(b) An inventory of sites available for development to be maintained by the Freeport Area Chamber of Commerce;
(c) Technical advice and clerical support from the Freeport Area Chamber of Commerce in the preparation and processing of:
(1) CDAP applications;
(2) IDFA loan and pooled bond program applications;
(3) Build Illinois applications;
(4) Industrial revenue bonds;
(5) Training grants from the State of Illinois;
(6) Local Loan Fund applications;
(7) Freeport Area Economic Development Foundation programs; and
(8) E.D.A. grants, if available;
(d) Training programs available at Highland Community College;
(e) Residential housing rehabilitation funds from either of the City of Freeport Housing Rehabilitation Low Interest Loan Fund or from the City of Freeport Housing Rental Rehabilitation program; and
(f) Subsidization of sewer and water hookup fees by funds from the City of Freeport Board of Water and Sewer Commissioner's Revolving Loan Fund.
