899.11 WAIVER OF REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TAXES.

In the case of any and all local real estate transfer taxes imposed by the City for the sale or transfer of any and all real estate located within the zone area and qualified for the above tax abatement, such local real estate transfer taxes shall be waived in their entirety.
