899.03 ZONE AREA.

As established by the units of government and approved by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs, the area of the Enterprise Zone shall be as described in Exhibit A and as outlined on the map in Exhibit B, which exhibits are attached to original Ordinance 89-77, passed December 18, 1989), and made a part hereof. This area shall be referred to as the zone area.
