899.02 TERM OF ZONE.

The term of the Enterprise Zone shall commence with the date it is designated and certified by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Act, and shall terminate at 12:00 midnight of December 31 of the twentieth year after the year in which it is certified, unless otherwise stated herein.
