870.05 SANITATION OF HALLS, THEATERS, ETC.

All halls, theaters or other enclosures or places shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be thoroughly cleaned each day so used. These requirements shall cover all parts of the premises used for theater or exhibition purposes.
