870.02 LICENSES.
   (a)   Required. No person either as owner, lessee, manager or agent, shall give, conduct, produce, present or offer any of the entertainments mentioned in this chapter for gain without a license.
   (b)   Exemptions. No license shall be required for any entertainment given by persons or societies not engaged in the giving of such entertainments as a business, when given not for personal gain, nor shall a license be required when the proceeds of such entertainment are to be used for religious, educational, charitable, fraternal, benevolent or patriotic purposes.
   (c)   Required Information; Fees. Each license shall express the kind of entertainment or exhibition for which it is granted, the date or dates for which it is valid and the place where the same is to be given. The following license fees shall be charged:
      (1)   For Class 1 entertainments the initial and annual license fees shall be as stated in Chapter 802.
      (2)   For Class 2 entertainments, fees shall be as follows:
         A.   For each circus, menagerie, circus and
            menagerie, wildwest show or rodeo:      $100.00 per day
         B.   For each sideshow with any circus,
            menagerie, wildwest show or
            rodeo:                  10.00 per day
         C.   For all other Class 2 entertainments:   5.00 per day
