870.01 CLASSIFICATION OF AMUSEMENTS.
   For the purpose of providing for the licensing and regulating of theatricals, shows, amusements and all public exhibitions offered, operated, presented or exhibited for gain, the same are hereby divided into two classes, as follows:
   (a)   Class 1. All entertainments of a theatrical, dramatic, vaudeville, variety or spectacular character; public readings and recitations; exhibits of paintings and statuary; concerts or other musical or minstrelsy entertainments; moving pictures, sleight of hand or necromancy; and exhibitions of any natural or artificial curiosities, where regularly given, produced or offered in any theater, show house or drive-in theater.
   (b)   Class 2. Circuses, menageries and side shows; caravans; medicine shows; concerts, minstrels or musical entertainments; exhibitions of livestock and all other animal shows; automobile shows; and all other exhibitions, performances and entertainments not herein named, wherever given.
