869.16 MAINTENANCE OF REGULATED BUSINESS ACTIVITY IN VIOLATION DECLARED A NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.

Any teen dance center operated in violation of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared a public nuisance. The City Legal Counsel is authorized to bring any action or suit to abate the public nuisance by seeking injunctive or other appropriate relief to cease all unlawful activities or close the unlawful operation.
