The management of any teen dance center shall contact the Freeport Police Department and file a report if any person under the age of twenty-one is found or discovered on the premises of any teen dance center showing evidence or symptoms of being intoxicated as a result of ingesting alcohol or any controlled substances. Notices shall be prominently posted on or near all public telephones on the premises of all teen dance centers. Such notices shall state the Freeport Police Department's telephone number and ask all patrons to contact the Freeport Police Department if management neglects, fails, or refuses to report any intoxicated patrons. The notice shall be a form prepared by the Freeport Police Department.
