869.13 ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO.

No teen dance center may allow the sale of tobacco or the use of tobacco by anyone under legal age to use tobacco. No teen dance center may allow the sale, consumption, or possession of beer, wine, or any other alcoholic beverages on the premises. No person shall be admitted to a teen dance center who is under the influence of intoxicants.
