(a) Before obtaining a teen dance center license, the licensee shall secure and maintain, during the full term of the license, general comprehensive liability insurance issued by one or more companies authorized to do business in the State. The insurance shall be in a minimum amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000).
(b) The limits of the insurance shall be subject to any statutory changes as to the maximum limits of liability on municipalities of the State during the term of the license.
(c) The licensee shall deliver to the License Officer a copy of all policies required under this section and all endorsements thereto or other evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of the License Officer that the licensee has secured or renewed and is maintaining insurance as required by this section.
