869.04 FEES.

Every person engaged in, conducting, or operating a teen dance center shall:

(a) For a teen dance center license, file an application with the License Officer and pay a nonrefundable application fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00).

(b) For renewal of a teen dance center license, file an application with the License Officer and pay a nonrefundable application fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
