866.02 LICENSES.
   (a)   Required. No person shall operate or cause to be operated any sound truck or aircraft in or over the City, for noncommercial or commercial advertising purposes, with sound-amplifying equipment in operation, without first obtaining a license therefor.
   (b)   Application. An application for a license shall contain, in addition to standard application requirements:
      (1)   The license number and motor number of the sound truck, or the Federal N.C. registration number and aircraft motor number of the aircraft, to be used by the applicant;
      (2)   Names and addresses of all persons who will operate the truck or aircraft;
      (3)   The proposed hours of operation; and
      (4)   The number of days of proposed operation.
   (c)   Fees. The fees for a license under subsection (a) hereof shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for each day on which such equipment is operated.
