862.01 PERMITTED CONDITIONS.

Self-service gasoline stations are hereby authorized in the City, subject to requirements of this chapter and those of the International Fire Code, as adopted in Section 1610.01 of these Codified Ordinances, and subsequent fire prevention codes which the City may enact.
