852.05 ENGAGING IN BUSINESS WITH MINORS OR INCOMPETENTS.

No licensee shall take or receive, in pawn or pledge for money loaned, any property, tangible or intangible, from any minor, or any property owned or claimed by any minor, or which may be in the possession or under the control of any minor, drunkard, intoxicated person, spendthrift or insane person.
