846.24 INCORPORATION OF APPLICABLE STATUTORY PROVISIONS.

All pertinent and applicable provisions of 210 ILCS 115/1 to 115/27, inclusive, as heretofore or hereafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference, subject to the provisions of Section 202.05(b) of the Administration Code.
