846.19 DUTIES OF PERSON IN CHARGE.
   The attendant or person in charge, together with the licensee, shall:
   (a)   Keep a register of all guests, which shall be open at all times to inspection for City, State and Federal officers, showing, for all guests:
      (1)   Names and addresses;
      (2)   Dates of entrance and departure; and
      (3)   License numbers of mobile homes and automobiles, the years and makes of mobile homes, and states issuing such licenses.
   (b)   Maintain the court in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times.
   (c)   See that the provisions of this chapter are complied with and enforced and report promptly to the Police Department any violations of the law which come to his or her attention.

   (d)   Notify the Police Chief immediately of any suspected communicable or contagious diseases within the park. In the case of diseases diagnosed as quarantinable, the licensee shall not permit the departure of a mobile home or its occupants, or the removal therefrom of clothing or other articles which have been exposed to infection, without approval of the Police Chief.

   (e)   Prohibit the use of any mobile home by a greater number of occupants than that which it is designed to accommodate.
   (f)   Not sell mobile home spaces as single units to any person. Ownership of all spaces in the park shall be kept in the licensee.
