846.14 SERVICE BUILDINGS.
   (a)   Each mobile home park shall have at least one service building, which shall contain at least one washing machine, two rinse tubs, a table, a hot water heater and heat.
   (b)   Such service building shall be of permanent construction, be adequately lighted and heated, be constructed of moisture-resistant material to permit frequent washing and cleaning and have all rooms well ventilated, with all openings effectively screened.
   (c)   Floors of such service building shall be of concrete, tile or similar materials, impervious to water, easily cleaned and pitched to a floor drain.
   (d)   All service buildings, and the grounds of the park, shall be maintained in a clean, sightly condition and kept free of any condition that will menace the health of any occupant or the public, or constitute a nuisance.
