(a) Mobile homes shall be parked in each space so that there will be a minimum of ten feet between each side of the home and side space lines and a minimum of ten feet between front and rear ends of the home and front and rear space lines.
(b) No mobile home shall be located closer than fifteen feet to the property line bounding the park.
(c) No mobile home shall be located closer than twenty-five feet to any permanent building within the park.
(d) No mobile home shall be parked more than 500 feet from a service building.
(e) No mobile home shall be parked so as to obstruct any street, roadway or walkway.
(f) No mobile home shall remain in a park unless a mobile home space is available.
