(a) Every mobile home space shall be furnished with a weatherproof 115-volt and 240-volt service outlet. Such outlet shall be equipped with an externally operated switch or fuse of not less than thirty amps for the 115-volt outlet and sixty amps for the 240-volt outlet.
(b) No power line shall be on the ground or suspended less than eighteen feet above the ground, but such line may be installed underground.
