846.02 ENFORCEMENT.

The Community Development Director shall enforce all provisions of this chapter, and applications for licenses shall be referred to him or her. The Community Development Director may enter any premises on which mobile homes are located and inspect them, and all accommodations connected therewith, at any reasonable time.
