As used in this chapter:
(a) "Independent mobile home" means a mobile home with self-contained toilet and bath or shower facilities.
(b) "Mobile home" means any vehicle used, or constructed for use, as a conveyance upon streets or highways, duly licensable as such and constructed in such manner as will permit occupancy as a dwelling.
(c) "Mobile home park" means any ground upon which two or more mobile homes, occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes, are located, regardless of whether a charge is made for such accommodations.
(d) "Mobile home space" means a plot within a mobile home park designed for the accommodation of one mobile home.
