844.05 OPERATION OF DEVICES BY CHILDREN UNDER SIXTEEN DURING SCHOOL HOURS.

No licensee of a device described in Section 844.01(b) shall permit any child under the age of sixteen years to operate, and no person under the age of sixteen shall operate, such device during the time when high schools, junior high schools or grade schools are in session in the City.
