844.04 LEWD, LASCIVIOUS, OBSCENE OR PORNOGRAPHIC DEVICES PROHIBITED.

No device described in Section 844.01(b) which, when operated, produces lewd, lascivious, obscene or pornographic matter, shall be licensed by the City, and no person shall display any such device in a public place.
