844.03 GAMBLING DEVICES PROHIBITED UNLESS LICENSED BY STATE.

No device described in Section 844.01(b) shall be used as a game of chance or skill if money or any other thing of value is staked, hazarded, bet, won or lost, nor shall any device be used or designed primarily for such gambling.
