842.06 TREE TRIMMING; AUTHORITY OF FORESTRY COMMISSION.

The franchisee shall have the authority, subject to jurisdiction of the Forestry Commission, to trim trees upon and overhanging all streets, alleys, easements, sidewalks and other public places within City so as to prevent the branches of such trees from coming into contact with the equipment of the franchisee.
